We had an amazing weekend at our house! Brayden turned 8 on the 12th of Sept. and had the opportunity to be baptized on Sat.
We were blessed to be able to baptize him in the Green River. It was such a spiritual experiance. Watching the 2 men in my life walk out into the river made me think of what it must have been like watching Jesus walk out into the water and prepare for this sacred covenant. It was an amazing experience, one I hope he will never forget and one I KNOW I will never forget!
Thanks to all our family that supported us on this day, I know it wasn't convienient for you, but I hope it was worth it for you! I know it was for my son, and for me!

I'm so glad he got to have such a good and different experience. A story to tell down the road. I'm just sorry I couldn't come.
Bravo Brayden! What a wonderful month for baptisms! I wish we were all closer so our little guys could share their special days together. Tell him congratulations for me.
So sad we missed it. What a great experience to do that at the river, and to have the uncles sing. He is so dang cute. I'm still working on his book. I'm such a terrible aunt. But I'm glad that I can add his baptism pictures in with his book.
